UPDATE:  May 26, 2021 through June 2, 2021 – Notice of Intended Decision posted to the District’s website for the required 72 hour protest period. No protests received

UPDATE:  May 26, 2021 – BOC Ratifies & Approves Construction Manager Services May 26, 2021

UPDATE:  May 14, 2021 – Fire Chief approves the Committee’s findings and supporting documentation contained in the Notice of Notice of Intended Decision

UPDATE: May 13, 2021 – Top ranked construction contractors present their qualifications in person.  The Committee evaluates each firm and rank them numerically.  The RFQ Committee submits the Notice of Intended Decision to the Fire Chief naming the top three ranked construction contractors with Wright Construction Group ranked in the first position 

UPDATE: April 15, 2021 – RFQ Committee evaluate responses from construction manager-at-risk contractors and establish a short list of the top three (3) contactors 

UPDATE:  April 14, 2021 – Fire Chief and RFQ Committee meet with GMA Architects & Planners, Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors and Quattrone & Associates to discuss project scope and objectives

UPDATE: March 11, 2021 through March 16, 2021 – Notice of Intended Decision posted to the District’s website for the required 72 hour protest period. No protests received

UPDATE:  March 1, 2021 – Published notice for Letters of Interest and Qualifications for construction manager-at-risk services with a deadline of April 9, 2021.  The RFQ documents and forms simultaneously published on the District’s website

UPDATE:  February 23, 2021 – Fire Chief approves the Committee’s findings and supporting documentation contained in the Notice of Notice of Intended Decision

UPDATE:  February 22, 2021 – RFQ Committee submits the Notice of Intended Decision to the Fire Chief naming the top three ranked engineer/site development firms with Quattrone & Associates ranked in the first position
